Glenn Eure was an old-school printmaker (meaning the artist has his hand in ink with every “original” print pulled as part of an edition).  Because of the possibilities it inspired, he was particularly drawn to the collagraph.   Collagraphs are original prints pulled by the artist from a collage created by him to give the imagery desired in the finished work.  The materials and techniques for developing plates are limited only by the artist’s imagination, and inking is done both in intaglio and relief for varied effects.
